To Do and See Near the California Bicycle Summit: Los Angeles
The Los Angeles venue for the California Bicycle Summit, the California Endowment’s Center for Healthy Communities, is near some of LA’s most exciting destinations.
Union Station is vibrant transit hub, an event venue, and a historic building in the Mission Moderne style that bills itself as “the last of the great train stations.”
Downtown LA is home to many exciting museums, including:
- California African American History Museum (Free admission)
- Broad Museum (Admission is free, but you need to reserve a ticket well in advance. Pro tip: you can buy a ticket to a special exhibition at the last minute and that gives you entry to the rest of the museum as well.)
- MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) (Admission is $15; discounts for students and seniors)
