Seeking an Event Coordinator for Transportation Equity Summit and Advocacy Day

We seek someone to coordinate the logistics of an event with the following requirements: catering of one luncheon, one reception, and one breakfast; on-site registration; volunteer coordination; miscellaneous trouble-shooting.

The event is the Transportation Equity Summit and Advocacy Day on May 16-17, co-sponsored by the California Bicycle Coalition and TransForm. It will bring together more than 100 Californians to learn about and advocate for transportation equity. Summit sessions on Monday May 16 will address public health, bicycling, walking, affordable housing, disability rights, transit and more. A reception that evening will host participants and legislative staffers. Advocacy Day on Tuesday May 17 will be full of meetings between participants and their elected and appointed officials at the state Capitol.
