Is my contribution tax-deductible? CBC is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that lobbies the California Legislature. For this reason donations to CBC are not tax deductible. Your support for CBC is generally tax-deductible when you direct it to the CBC Education Fund (EIN 68-0417507), CBC's 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate that focuses on educational programs such as bicycle street skills trainings and the annual California Bike Commute. Matching employer gifts. Double the value of your tax-deductible donation with a matching employer gift. Request a matching gift form from your employer and return it to CBC completed and signed along with your donation to the CBC Education Fund. (And if your employer doesn't have a matching gift program, encourage them to start one.)

CBC welcomes the annual support of businesses, government agencies and nonprofit organizations.
